For some reason this doesn't look like I drew it ... I think it turned out okay though. I was going for something to evoke emotion in the person who looked at it, like to see it and be able to tell how the girl in the picture feels. Do you think there's any of that there? I also wanted the veiwer to wonder a little at why she's smiling when she's sitting in the gutter in the rain with her umbrella down and so on. Curious??
The two things that I sort of had trouble with were her facial proportions, and the rain. I wanted the rain to look sort of metalic-ish and reflect the things around it, but I couldn't figure out a way to do that. And that's a cup of hot chocolate or coffee or whatever sitting there. I wouldn't be able to tell what it was. You might want to full veiw to see some of the detail, buuut you'll also discover all the little inconsistencies. So I don't know. The other thing was, that because of the steam from the cup it sort of made the fog feel to me not cold, but steamy or hot. It's supposed to be cold. And she doesn't look too wet either. I hope you like it, even if just slightly XP |

To me, she seems deep in thought, and smiling at a humourous thought. Sick humorous though, sort of like the type of laughter when you laugh at your friend for tripping over. Anyone walking past would surely think to themselves, "Gee. Shes not all there.." but then again, who in there right mind would be walking in this rain?

Anyways, I commend you on your porportions. They seem okay to me xD lol. I'm really pleased with the shading aswell and also the reflection in the puddle looks so real, xD lol..
something to pick about this peice though.. Heh, I couldn't really see the cup, at first i thought it was part of the reflection, funilly enough.. Maybe it was me, but i honestly didn't know what the cup was without you pointing it out in the description.. Though.. Making the cup more bold might completely ruin the dull atomoshpere of the picture.
Damn. That got me no-where.. Pammy. You idiot.
Anyways, besides that.. I really enjoyed this peice ^__^ But I'm still wondering.. why is she smiling in the rain? .. xP lol
