Mei - Manga study 3

I tried drawing the characters in Princess Ai today when I was going through all of my mangas, and I found the style to be really interesting, so...well, it doesn't really look like it, but I tried applying the kind of style of the way that Ai looks when she's all dressed up to mei. I really really REALLY should NOT have done a school girl outfit here, she looks too old for it and a pretty dress would have been sooo much better!! She actually look a lot older in this style too `o_O (drawn traditionally, the colored and background-ed in photoshop) I suck at background so much it's painfull! Will now go study other work
